Delete your account
Deleting your Quick Buzzer account is permanent. It removes your authentication account and saved Quick Buzzer profile.
Delete inside the app
- Open Quick Buzzer and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account, then confirm the permanent deletion.
- If requested, complete Google or Apple sign-in again to verify that the account belongs to you.
If you cannot access the app
Send an account deletion request from the email address connected to your Quick Buzzer sign-in. Use the subject “Quick Buzzer account deletion”. Support may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but will never ask for your password or a verification code.
Request account deletionWhat is deleted
- Your Quick Buzzer authentication account.
- Your stored display-name profile.
- Active room data associated with rooms you end normally is removed under the room lifecycle.
This does not delete your Google or Apple account. Information required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained only where legally necessary.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Quick Buzzer account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel in your store account before deleting if you do not want renewal charges. Purchase records may be retained where needed to restore paid benefits, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
